To raise the money he gets involved in a drug deal, with the help of his ex-girlfriend back in the States. Using an unknowing journalist friend as a mule he sends the coke back to the U.S., but things go wrong when he gets double crossed. I thought this was pretty good. Nice pacy plot, some seedy characters, and lots of Cambodia references. Read it in one day, and have now lent it to Bong Nat.
