All in one classic Cake

Serves: 8 - 10

Preheat oven to 180C. Grease and line 2 8" cake tins.

Place margarine/butter into a bowl.

Sieve in flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa (optional).

Add eggs. Mix thoroughly (but do not overbeat) with a wooden spoon.

Divide evenly between the cake tins. Spread the mix level in each tin.

Bake for around 15 minutes or until cooked. Test by inserting a skewer. Place on a cooling rack.
