At the top of numerous book of the year lists, so I read this despite love stories and coming of age stories not my usual thing. Therefore hard for me to judge, but a believable group of characters was developed that drew me into the book.

Quite good I suppose, I recall thinking the characters were both likeable and believable. Don't recall much else though.
