Books - Review

BetterAtul is a surgeon and he uses examples from his medical experiences to demonstrate how people go about making systems, processes, and life better. Eg the attempt to eradicate polio in India, hand-washing routines in hospitals, and the ethics around medical malpractice law in the US.

Quite interesting, no massive revelations but I quite liked his breakdown into 3 sections; 'Diligence', 'Doing Right' and 'Ingenuity'. Some interesting stories too. Borrowed this from Colin's desk at work.
