I found her style infuriating at first, with her constant little 'jokes', but I think I got used to it after a while and really enjoyed the last couple of chapters on geology and astronomy. Some of the science was pretty basic, and she'd sometimes stop explaining too soon, but probably worth reading again some time. Skipped the chapter on molecular biology which seemed a bit dull.
