She must have been (be?) a terrific teacher, this was a very inspiring read. It makes me want to read or re-read everything she discusses. Nothing to stop me I guess, the ones that resonated the most were; A Kestrel for a Knave, To Kill a Mockingbird, Lord of the Flies, Noughts and Crosses, Of Mice and Men and Jane Eyre. Although I seem to have just ordered a Dick Francis from the library. *Sigh*
