When the Wind Blows
Human experiments result in birdgirl, and nice vet and the only honest FBI agent have to protect her from evil genetic/cloning corporations.
Dreadful thriller, but kept me interested.

The Big Bad Wolf
Alex Cross has just joined the FBI, but gets pulled out of classes to help track down whoever is kidnapping beautiful people (and it transpires, then selling them to whoever will pay the most).
A bit rubbish really. Still, was great to have the interview with Alex inside the back cover - really helped to provide an insight into the great criminal catcher's psyche. Stephen King says he writes 'dopey thrillers'. He he.
