 | Goldfish Boy | Matthew has worries. He washes his hands compulsively, cleans his room constantly and hardly ever goes out of the house. He spends a lot of time looking out of his window and noting down the movements and activities of his neighbours in his notebooks. This comes in handy when the toddler who is visiting his Grandad next door disappears, and the police and various search parties fail to find him. Could one of his neighbours be involved? Although he struggles to leave the house he and Melody (the girl who keeps visiting the graveyard) attempt to investigate the disappearance themselves. In the process Matthew finds out more about himself, and his friends. | Very good. Really good story and great characters especially poor old Matthew with his OCD, but also Melody and Jake. Lovely hopeful ending though. This was a great recommendation from Molly. |
