The story of a lonely woman, Eleanor, who lives alone, has a mundane job, fancies an unobtainable singer in a band and carries facial scars from a mysterious childhood incident. She meets a friend at work and gradually begins to expand her horizons and enjoy more of what life and real people have to offer her.

Very good. Likeable and funny characters and great story.
