Cathy is a big reader and explains the significance of the books that have formed the background to her life.

Great, loads of recommendations, many of which I have noted down. Really interesting life story too. Disappointed that she does not seem to have encountered Swallows and Amazons, but both Biggles and Jennings get a mention!
