Home-made Tomato Ketchup

Serves: Makes 220ml

Laila and Molly love it :)

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and mix well. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Remove the cloves and bay leaf and blend the ketchup with an electric blender before serving.

Try adding some chilli powder for a spicier ketchup.
