Interesting stuff. Seemed a very well balanced account given that at the time there was apparently a media frenzy over the high death toll overall and particularly the poor chap who died near the route. A bit critical of the commercial approach to climbing Everest, but he certainly acknowledges the professionalism of the major commercial group - who took most of the flak for the controversy.
