Flying Under Bridges
Adam and Eve live a normal (ie middle-class, dull) life in Edenbury. But a series of events, beginning with Eve's mother's stroke and culminating in the murder of Eve's daughter's fiance, leads Eve to wonder what it's all about, and whether it couldn't be better.
Not bad, although I didn't find much of the humour funny, all of which seemed a bit obvious. I smiled once or twice though, and towards the end, started to feel for Eve a bit.
