Short stories, including the one where the bloke jumps off the ship to try and win the lottery distance pool thing, and the guy who gambles by chopping off fingers.

Jolly good.

Autobiography from when he goes to Africa to work for Shell, finishing in WW2, where he flies Spitfires in North Africa and Greece until he crashes and goes home with nasty headaches.

Excellent - very entertaining, great style.

All the short stories. Or most of them.

Mostly excellent, with all the gruesome twists and weird characters. I think the third sister with leprosy (Uncle Oswald) and the ship lottery ones are my favourites.
