Books - Review

Amos and Emerson have been friends for many years and their wives are great friends too, and their teenage daughters seem to get on quite well. Well-off and middle class, everyone seems to be very happy until one fateful visit to the Emerson house results in some old resentments being aired, and then a violent act which upheavals everyone.

Great story, lovely characters and yes - to upheave is a verb. So there.
